| The CiscoWorks Wireless LAN Solution Engine (WLSE) is a core component of the Cisco Structured Wireless-Aware Network (SWAN). This release of the CiscoWorks WLSE takes full advantage of the radio frequency (RF) measurement capabilities built into Cisco Aironet access points to detect, locate, and mitigate RF interference and unauthorized (rogue) access points. CiscoWorks WLSE Release 2.5 also provides a new assisted site survey tool to facilitate automated deployment and ongoing operation and management of Cisco Aironet access points. The CiscoWorks WLSE is a centralized, systems-level solution for managing the entire Cisco Aironet wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure.
